Thermodynamics of Mixtures with Internal Variables

Abstract


A model of mixture of N diffrent components is analyzed from a thermodynamic view point with internal variables, in order to describe thermo-diffusion phenomena. then, our analysis turns to the simple case of a two-component fluid with applications to physically relevant examples.
