Abstract

We study the noetherian rings which admit « sufficiently derivations » or « of analitic type» over a field of characteristic $p>O$ . We obtain that such a local ring (A, $m$ ) has good properties, if it is pseudogeometric: the strong Jacobian condition ( $S$ $J$ ) holds in $A$ [ $X_1$ ,..., $X_n$ ] and $A$ is excellent.
Lastly we prove that the completion of an algebra of finite type over a complete $DVR$ of characteristic $p>0$ is an excellent ring.
