Abstract
The photochemical bahaviour of $trans-Pd(CNCH_3)_2(SCN)_2$, in $CHCl_3$ solution has been investigated. Under irradiation of different wavelengths correspondency to CT bands, the complex underwent trans $\to$ cis isomerization. The cis isomer photochemically and thermaliy gave a thyocianate bridged complex. Quantum yields of photoisomerization are reported.
