Micali, P. and Villari, A. (1989) Le specie malacologiche di Salice (Messina) istituite da Giuseppe Seguenza. Accademia Peloritana dei Pericolanti Classe FF.MM.NN., 67. pp. 341-363.
Some of the molluscan and anthozoan species erected by G. Seguenza have been collected from the Pleistocene marine deposits of Salice (Messina). The species listed here belong to Anthozoa, Gastropoda, Scaphopoda and Bivalvia. The biocenoses of White Corals (CB) and of Bathyal Muds (VP) can be recognized, which are very similar to those of Valle Palione (Catania) that have the same age. Some of the species erected by G. Seguenza are described and figured here.
