From recent biological researches it emerges that to the natural rate of genetic mutations are to be added those determined by mutagen substances that the individual get in touch with; as well as the ionogenic radiations. Statistically it emerges that 1 or 2 men out of 100.000 are subject a new mutatio per generation. These researches consider the mutations that determine serious damages only, disregarding those ones that cause little fenotipical variations. If we consider then too, we can conclude that, considering that every individual has 50.000 genes every haploid genome, for every generation he will have from 1 to 10 genes every diploid genome, change exclusively in worst way. Concluding the investigation on the genetic damages and their seriousness we can realise how much we must insist on the importance of the information and preventio in order to stop the increasing of such diseases. Therefore an extremely important task is to elaborate metodologically the solutions, with the help of an intervention of social control from physician, operators, politicians, mass-media and over all from the family consultories, instituted by law on July the 29th 1975. All together or interdisciplinarily we must try to reach a complete social and civil maturity on the problem examined, that as already said, is a problem interesting all of us.
