Abstract
The Authors carried out the observed aspects at the electron microscope of the white body of $Sepia$ $officinalis$. They describe the cells of the globuligene cords and those which are present in the interposed sinus among the globuligene cords. It was so possible to follow the transition stages from leucoblasts to the proleukocytes of the third period (cells of the cords) and those from ripeless leukocytes to those fully ripe (cells of the sinus).
