Abstract
The Authors have examined again at the electron microscope the ovocites of the $Sphaerechinus$ $granularis$, $Arbacia$ $lixula$ and $Paracentrotus$ $lividus$. They have therefore confirmed that the formation of proteinaceous yolk globules take place in consequence of the aggregation of granulations of medium diameter of A 300.
