Abstract
A Kinetic study of the reaction between $PdCl_4^2-$ and Allylaether is reported. The Kinetic law observed has the form:
$K_o_s_s$ = $\frac {K[(CH_2=CHCH_2)_2O]}{[H^+][Cl^-]^2}$
and is interpreted assuming that a nucleophilic attack of the £OH^-$ coordinated to the Palladium (II) on the coordinated olefinic double bond of the allylaether is the rate determining step.
