Abstract
The synthesis of symmetrical anhydrides of some Boc- and Zaminoacids from their Thallium (I) salts is described. It is also discussed the use of these reactive intermediates in peptide syntheses on a solid phase by Merrifield procedure. Using this metbod the tripeptide HBr . H—Ala—Ala-Ala-OH has been synthesized.
