Abstract
Complexes of 1,8-naphthalene-bis(dimethylarsine) (Nas) with $Ni^I^I$ of the type $Ni(Nas)_2X_2 (X=Cl_4-, NO_3-)$ are reported.
The complexes exist in two different form: one orange and the other blu.
The compounds are formulated as: i) $[Ni(Nas)_2]X_2$, orange, and ii) $[Ni(Nas)_2X]X$ blu. on the basis of conductivity data and electronic spectra.
