Abstract
The epr spectrum of crystals and of an aqueous solution of triaquonitratocaffeinecopper(II) nitrate has been measured. Single crystal analysis shows that the square pyramidal pentacoordinated copper(II) well reflects the peculiarities of the epr spectrum.
