Abstract

The authors having examined the crimes possible in commerce of fresh meat and having pointed out the imperfecfions of legislative dispositions, ad to improve the said commerce, augur the pubblication standards and an effective revision of those regulations in force to beh ter profect the economic order and to safeguard the public health.
