Abstract
The Authors, in the light of modern opinions, pay their attention to the microtraumatic cervical factor, to remove eventual diagnostic doubts a soft otovestibular symptomatology, not well explainable otherwise.
Owing to their personal experiences, they also emphasize the validity of <<Nystagmus by neck torsion>> test, that is a method plainly practicable and mean while very relable in the finding of an eventual cervical pathogenis of a series of vestibular illness that is not always clear.
