Abstract
Possible damages due to hormonal contraceptives are investigated: an indirect or statistic and a direct or citogenetic method are used.
The maintainance of incidence of Dowh’s Sindrome from young mothers the high percentage of chromosome aberrations in spontaneous abortions, the increase of congenital malformations after maternal use of hormonal contraception, seem to bear evidence of connections between hormonal contaceptives and genetic complications.
