Abstract
The AA. describe two cases of lymphoid leukemia with polimorphonuclear leukocytes of large forms. The cytometric misuration has proved an average cellular diameter of 14,46 micron in the first case and of 15,22 micron in the second. On the base of the cytometric study of bone marrow staminal elements, the AA. suppose that these alterations should be determined by peripheral factors.
