Abstract
The AA. thorough the study of the neuro-muscolar condition in the middle ear intend to test out the behaviour of the botulismo toxin on both the myoneural-yunction and the muscolar nervous impulse.
After a description of the utilized instruments they indicate the risults obtained from a study made on six subyects affected with botulismotoxiln.
The y also study the behaviour of the stapedial reflex after simple, prolonged and ripetitive stimulation.
The AA. did not find out any modification on the parameters of the stapedial reflex.
The AA. end their paper explaining the causes wich may have brought about their findings.
