Abstract
Basal cell carcinoma, frequently observed cutaneous tumor, is in continuous increase both in Europe and the United States.
The ultraviolet radiations are the most important eziologic factor. Different clinical forms are distinguished: nodular, vegetant, pagetoid, ulcus rodens, pigmented, morphoeaform and linear.
The last, rarely found, represents one varying to evolution, generally, more aggressive. We describe, to such intention, a case observed in a 61 years oldman. At the light of the review of the literature on the matter, the pathogenetic theories and the terapy are discussed.
