Abstract
The Authors confirm that the role of the htstocompatibility complex H.L.A. with the relative tests of tissural typization in cornea grafting in quantitatively very different in cases of keratoplasties with good prognosis (unvascularized recipient’s cornea) compared to these with bad prognosis (Vascularized recipient’s cornea).
They also point out the necessity, to reduce or eliminate the rejection, to select couples of hystocompatible donors and receivers by instituting special centres with computer able to store the reicevers and donors data.
