Abstract
After the exposition of some functional anatomic elements of the tubetympanic mucosa the Authors expound the two most important defensive systems physiologically occuring in the brea thing epithelium against external aggressive agents.
Then they produce some pathologic variations of the tubetympanic mucosa biochemic composition and the best known causes of alteration in mucusciliary drainage.
According to the authors the decrease of A secreting immunoglobulins has a very important role in fostering the acute relapsing infections of the tube-tympanic district.
