Papular Purpuric Gloves and Socks Syndrome is a rare dermatitis was first described in 1990 by Saurat. Up to now, only 13 cases have been published. The syndrome strikes almost exclusively young Caucasian adults of both sexes, during the spring. We strongly suspected a viral origin but serologic tests for a large panel of viruses remained negative; as the papular acrodermatitis of childhood, this syndrome may be caused by various viral agents. Some findings suggest that the Papular Purpuric Gloves and Socks Syndrome can be another yet undescribed manifestation of Parvovirus infection. Every terapeutic treatment is thoughtless for making spontaneous and quick recovery.
