Abstract
The Prurigo Pigmentosa isa peculiar, reddish pruriginous papular eruption, which after its resolution, it leaves a reticular pigmentation.
It was first described by Nagashima in Japan in 1971.
Prurigo Pigmentosa is simmetrical and its onset is often sudden.
It frequently involves back, neck, chest, lumbo sacral region and antecubital area.
The minociclyne is the most recent therapy, it causes a rapid disappearance of papular eruption, of the itching and a reduction of pigmentation.
