Abstract
The AA. have investigated about the use of icecream by students of secondary school of Messina and its district. The ice-cream, whose most consumption is outside of the meals, is quite modest, preferibly for the milk ice-cream, the «granita» and the ice-stick without any care of nutritional value. The AA. hope a better self-control from the boys, expecially if they use the ice-cream more frequently.
