Abstract
The AA investigated about the alimentary uses of 580 secondary school students of Messina and its district. In order to verify the fast foods consumption.
The study revealed that the young people is very used to consume the fast-foods.
The pizza is the most desidered, followed by fried potatoes with croquettes, bun with wurstel, etc. Among the drinks, the Coca-cola is the most desidered.
In the most number of the cases, the hour of largest consumption is the nightly one, at supper, much more on saturday night.
