Abstract
Authors observed 16 autoptic cases of cardiomyopathies congestive. Autoptic incidence of disease is 1%. In 7 of cases an exact clinical diagnosis was effectes. Hypertrophy and dilatation of the ventricles, myocardic fibrosis, coronaric integrity, no evidence of cronic myocarditis, marks of constant cronic congestive cardiac failure are the most important anatomo-pathological findings.
