Abstract
Increased convulsing activity of the strycnhine by the prostigmin. By dr A. Alibrandi, Insitute of Human Physiology of University of Messina (Italy).
The experiments of the A. prove that the convulsing activity of the strychnine is increased by the prostigmin. Harmless doses of strychnine are able to become convulsing by harmless doses of prostigmin. The knowledge of this property of the prostigmin is to special value to the clinician who must always take it into consideration when treating patients since this effects of the prostigmin may be favourable by some doses of the two drugs but harmful by others.
