Abstract
By constructing an unfamiliar perpetuum mobile of the second kind attention is called to the impotence of Carnot’s Principle to characterize (especially under the viewpoint of the phenomena of anomaly) a mathematical model of the universe of all thermodynamical systems in a correct way. A canonical way (in the spirit of Carathéodory) out of this dilemma will be sketched.
