Abstract
The genesis of the Italian colonial adventure dates back a few decades before the seizure of power by Fascism in Italy, just think that since the time of Camillo Benso Count Cavour had tried to create a colony on the Red Sea and an agricultural colony in the Bogos. However, in order to put into practice the first real attempts to colonize overseas territories by Italy, it will be necessary to wait for the Governments of Agostino De Pretis, who took power after the rejection of the nationalisation of the railways by the historical Law Part, and Francesco Crispi, a Government only formally ascribable to the Left Partand passed to the history of law for its reforms in the field of administrative law.
