The Peritelini (Coleoptera: Curculionidae, Entiminae) of the Vitale collection

Abstract

The collection of Peritelini (Coleoptera Curculionidae Entiminae) currently stored in the Vitale collection at the University of Messina is an element of great importance for studies of taxonomy and biogeography of these rarely collected weevils. All species are commented in relation to the contributions to this taxonomic group, published on several occasions by the authors.
