Abstract
The paper notes the unhinging and the reappropriation of stereotypes of the Indian Princess and Squaw in Princess Pocahontas and the Blue Spots (pièce of native american dramaturg Monique Mojica, 1991). Mojica deconstructs the figure of Pocahontas, drawing on the collective memory of the native women and using Hermeneutics Trickster.
