Una coerenza di Malaparte: Kurt Erich Suckert, Caporetto e l'umanità umanata

Paolo Pizzimento

Abstract

This essay aims to analyse the first phase Curzio Malaparte’s thought as it emerges from Viva Caporetto! and L'Europa vivente. Although marked by the socio-political investigation of the Great War, these works tend to glimpse a philosophical and spiritual reflection on the human condition and on the value of sacrifice and suffering as a necessary condition for the advent of a new humanity.
