Abstract

Let ( $M$ , $g$ ) be a pseudo-Riemannian manifold having the spatial Killing’s property. If Jf), (M) and S(M) are the hyperboiic and spatial parts respectively at each point p E M, then $M$ is covered by minimal surfaces tangent to J1, (M) and ( $n—2$ )-spatial minirnal submanifolds tangent to S (H). Furthermore ( $M$ , $g$ ) has the geodesic property. If ( $M$ , $g$ ) is Lorentzian then ( $M$ , $g$ ) is of type D in Petrov’s classification.
