Abstract
We present some new results on the structural and dynamical properties of the system lecithin/cyclohexame/water, obtained by Brillouin scattering, Incoherent Quasi Elastic Neutron Scattering (IQENS) and Small Angle Neutron Scattering (SANS) techniques. The obtained data are compared with the results from other techniques and suggest strong similarity between our system and living polymers. The results are discussed in the frame of the available theoretical models.
