Abstract
In this paper we present a study on the dynamical behavior of the water of hydration on Mioglobin, performed by means of Incoherent Quasi Elastic Neutron Scattering. Por the hydration level investigated: from h = 0.25 to h = 1.10, we were able to extract the $Q$ dependence of the hwhm and of the EISF for the water fraction present in the system. The obtained figures suggest that water is organized in pools, about 10 angstrom sized, with reduced mobility. A comparison with the bulk water behavior is also presented.
